Connie Rose, Certified Professional Coach, provides coaching services focused on attaining one's maximum career potential. Her emphasis is on leadership development. Her clientele is comprised of senior and mid-level executives who want to perform at the highest possible level in their current position or move to greater responsibilities. Clients gain a new sense of clarity around what they want and how to get it. Bottom line, they breakthrough to levels they never dreamed possible.

Ms. Rose includes corporations, businesses and non-profit organizations in her customer base. She has worked with prominent institutions such as Johnson & Johnson, the Wharton Business School and Avaya. Her previous background includes extensive experience with several Fortune 500 companies. Specifically, she held positions in Human Resources developing corporate policy, providing leadership development, career counseling and leading recruiting events targeted at underrepresented groups. Before that she spent an equal amount of time in Sales and Marketing positions as an expert in the pharmaceutical, insurance and food industries.

She has received awards recognizing her support for minority recruiting efforts as well as numerous internal corporate awards and recognition. She served as National VP for the Alliance of Black Telecommunications Employees and as a Corporate Advisory Board member for the following organizations: the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering, the American Indian Science and Engineering Society and the Hispanic Engineering National Achievement Awards.

Most recently Ms. Rose served as VP-Education and Board Member with the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance. She is a member of the International Coach Federation. In addition, she is Past Board President for Wings For Success, a non-profit organization that provides clothing, workshops and other support for disadvantaged women seeking to enter the workforce.

Ms. Rose has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Ohio University, an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from LaSalle University in Philadelphia and completed the University of Michigan Executive HR Program. She received her coaching certification from the Academy of Coach Training in Seattle, Washington.
