 
Deborah has been involved with Executive coaching for the last 9 years. In this time she has worked for and on behalf of Board Directors in over a dozen countries. She has a clear understanding of what is needed to be successful in organisations which operate a matrix management structure and have personnel located in a range of sites.
Prior to starting her own business Deborah was an Associate Partner at Accenture. Before this she held a number of operational roles within International companies - including Sales Director; Global Sales Technology Manager; Global Business Process Development Manager; Head of Category Management. Her operational experience spans 19 years.
She has led teams working across geographies; functions; operating units and different companies. This experience has given her a deep understanding of cultural diversity and how to manage it and an appreciation of barriers to change and how to overcome them. It has also helped her understand how to drive achievement of business goals by optimising the skill set and behaviours of individuals and teams.
Deborah’s operational experience, work in change management and strategy execution, combined with her pragmatism make her a valuable personal coach for senior managers and an excellent facilitator for developing, building and maintaining teams and understanding team dynamics.
Her gift is the ability to synthesize information, discern root causes, determine how to move forward and facilitate solutions with individuals or with teams.
