 
Jiro Atsuta, president of Forum Japan, specializes in personal and organizational development. He is an executive coach, management consultant and group facilitator, specializing in the finance, pharmaceutical and consumer products industries.
Jiro provides consultation to senior executives, and implementation consultancy to project and line managers. He has designed, delivered and managed interventions in personal behavioural change, corporate cultural change, breakthrough business process redesign, profit improvement, leadership, team building, and sales management. He assesses businesses for their preparedness to provide value to customers, their capability for growth and measures customer service.

Jiro has over fifteen years of personal and organizational development experience, two of which were spent full-time at Sony Enterprise Co. Ltd. He worked as a contract consultant for Forum where he serves global clients in Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, the UK and the USA. Jiro can deliver training in Japanese, English and Korean.
Before becoming a consultant, Jiro Atsuta worked at Obirin University as a lecturer, Yomiuri Culture Centre as a project manager for new business, and Sony Enterprise as a trainer.
Education: Tokai University BA majoring in International Studies and studied at San Francisco University as a Rotary Foundation Scholarship student.
