To achieve client outcomes I use a mix of consultancy meetings, analysis, advice, training workshops and facilitation of key events (e.g. off-site meetings, focus groups, team meetings, conferences etc). In addition I frequently coach, individually, key managers on a wide range of issues resulting in organisational and personal success.
Style and Approach
One of my founding beliefs is that people have enormous potential. My style is collaborative, pragmatic and challenging. I use my extensive business acumen and coaching expertise, together with my awareness of emotional intelligence, to help clients ‘raise the bar’. The approach I take with each client is tailored for them, my aim being to exceed expectations. I draw from ‘leading-edge’ thinking plus a wide range of established theory from the fields of NLP, Psychology and Management to develop practices that simply work.
Background
My continuing success, often working at senior levels (and including multi-cultural contexts) spans over 15 years in diverse environments ranging from corporates through to small businesses, including finance, telecoms, retail, internet based business, IT, pharmaceutical, electronics, publishing and marketing. Clients span multi-nationals through to SME’s. I bring to my assignments an extensive background as a manager and consultant in blue-chip environments and a unique blend of relevant expertise.
