Paul spent over 20 years in senior operational and line management roles in major blue chip companies such as Unilever and Whitbread before becoming an independent consultant 5 years ago. Paul has extensive experience in tailored programme design, development and delivery. Particular focus has been on Sales Training, Leadership, Coaching, Team Effectiveness and Change Management. Also with extensive experience of outdoor training programmes, using the outdoors as a medium for powerful experiential learning. Paul is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, holding a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis from the London College of Clinical Hypnosis. Paul also has a Diploma in Life Coaching from the University of Newcastle.
